SAGA Mercedes-Benz is pleased to announce the commencement of construction for its new dealership in Farciennes, near Charleroi. Following the inauguration of the SAGA dealership in Nivelles in September 2020, this ambitious project reflects SAGA’s commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting regional development.

A Design Centered on Innovation

This dealership, designed to redefine the Mercedes-Benz experience, will cover an impressive 10,130 m². A spacious and connected 1,750 m² showroom will offer customers a direct view of the workshops, enabling them to follow operations in real time. This space has been conceived to provide a fully immersive experience in the world of Mercedes-Benz.

The 4,700 m² workshops will feature state-of-the-art technologies to ensure high-quality after-sales service. Additionally, an outdoor area will showcase a wide range of pre-owned vehicles, catering to the needs of even the most discerning customers. The structure integrates eco-friendly solutions, including solar panels and a rainwater harvesting system, to minimize its environmental footprint.

Beyond its primary role, this new dealership will play a strategic role at a regional level by integrating a preparation center for the entire group. Directly connected to the bodywork shop, this center will enhance the group’s ability to deliver vehicles ready for use. The opening of this dealership will also create new job opportunities in sales, after-sales, and technical services, further boosting the local economy.
