SODEBO x SAGA Mercedes-Benz Partnership

SODEBO ULTIM 3, the latest addition of ULTIM multihills, welcomed by SAGA Mercedes-Benz :

MORE THAN A PARTNERSHIP, A FOREGONE CONCLUSION.

With this major partnership, SAGA Mercedes-Benz supports a sports sponsorship strategy, created 20 years ago and strengthens the links between men and women who share the same values.

In the beginning, it was about a strong meeting between Entrepreneurs from Vendée, proud of their commitments and driven by mutual respect. That was 20 years ago.
The new generation, who has taken the reins of each of the companies, today consolidates the links which unite both brands driven by shared dreams.

Because for both of them, the conquest of large spaces will always be a dream synonymous with adventures and freedom, because in either case, cutting-edge technology enables research and perfection, because here audacity and imagination support emotion, because sharing values is the foundation of their successes, the partnership between SAGA Mercedes-Benz and Sodebo seems obvious.

Created in 1970 in Sables d’Olonne in Vendée, SAGA is a major player of the Mercedes-Benz brand in France. The development of Saga was always carried out around values of sport and respect, freedom and performance.
Decorated with a star, SODEBO Ultim 3 will symbolised this spirit of collaborative human adventure by traversing the world’s seas and oceans.

The Sodebo x SAGA Mercedes-Benz sailing adventure video:

For Ronan Chabot , CEO of RCM – SAGA Mercedes-Benz :

“At the start of this project, something clicked during a lunch with Patricia Brochard:  after 20 years of a loyal technical partnership (vehicles), why don't we go further? We know each other well, our companies have grown together, Sodebo has accompanied the development of the company and our story was built around shared values and fully compatible teams.
Thomas Coville, on this revolutionary maxi trimaran, will accompany the development of SAGA over the coming years. This exciting project will take our 1680 employees in France and abroad, as well as our customers, truck, car and utility vehicle around the star on every sea of the globe. I would like thank the Bougro family for opening the doors to this wonderful adventure to us. A big well done to Thomas and his team mates for all the emotion they gave and the wonderful years we have before us."

For Patricia Brochard, Co-Chair Sodebo :

“It was obvious that this partnership with Saga would happen, given our shared history and of course the values we share. Now we have to continue to build on this history, but I know that it will be great because we both want this partnership to be unique, and we want it to create added value for both our companies."

For Thomas Coville, Sodebo Skipper:

"The partnership between Sodebo and SAGA, in the end it’s an approving gaze between two companies who know each other very well. It’s about mutual respect and admiration”.
